Metro Vancouver Collaborative

Established in Spring 2001, the Vancouver Collaborative of the Cascadia Chapter gives current and future members a place to network and learn about green building in the Metro Vancouver Area. Our mission is:

Towards a regenerative built environment in Metro Vancouver

The Collaborative is headed by a steering committee formed of industry professionals including sustainability experts and researchers, architects, interior designers, engineers, marketing and construction managers who are very active in the local green building and design community.

Our recent events have included our All Candidates’ Forum on Sustainability, a panel discussion on the Road Map to Net Zero Energy Buildings in BC,Speed Mentoring pairing Emerging Green Professionals with industry mentors. Events have been supported by generous event sponsors from among the top design and project management firms in the city.
We are interested in making connections with like-minded organizations to discuss synergies in our programming. We are selectively looking for volunteers. If you are a member and are connected with the green building community in Vancouver, please contact us.
